I've downloaded, burned and played a few SVCDs with no problem. These were complete images of SVCDs with .bin files.

However, I downloaded standalone .mpg files that said they were "SVCD ready," so I burned those to an SVCD using Nero.

The resulting discs wouldn't play in my Apex, though! What gives? Is there another step I need to take?

One of the files in question plays back fine with Windows Media and reads as a 640x480 mpg. I thought SVCDs were supposed to be 480x480, but Nero seemed to be burning it as an SVCD without a hitch.

Any help would be appreciated!
