    Hi all from Pcchallenged.
VLC player has worked on all videos that I have aquired until now.
The video I tried to watch shows a preview and then prompts me to
download Global Coralplayer. I don't want to download yet another
video player, I just want to watch my movie. My question therefore
is: Is global coralplayer legitimate, and can I alter the video to play
on VLC? The file I'm trying to play is an avi. file.

Any time you are prompted by a video to download a different player to watch the video, the other player contains viruses. Any time you see this warning, delete the video and never attempt to play it again. Not only will the video NOT play if you download this "player", your PC will get infected.
