Multiple audio tracks with Flaskmpg

I’m using Flaskmpg to make SVCD’s . Everything works great except that I’d like to encode multiple audio tracks on my SVCD’s. (Really want to keep the commentary track) Is there any way to make flaskmpg multiplex multiple audio tracks?

encode the video & audio in seperate operations then multiplex in bbmpeg or tmpgenc. calculate bitrate to accomodate the 2nd audio stream
