I still have yet to watch blade runner. I bought it used on dvd quite awhile ago. It's one of those on my "to watch" list that I have yet to get to. Don't know why. Just haven't.
I had bought terminator 1 and 2 on dvd earlier this year. Took me about two months to get to finishing them both. Believe it or not I had not watched either before in their entirety. I had seen parts of T2 on tv but never the whole thing.
I think I have still have some tv shows to watch on dvd. I have a lot of internet video to watch that I have accumulated over the last few years but they are on the back burner.
I actually have 007 The living Daylights to finish. I had bought it used on vhs at a public library sale. I finally converted it to dvd the other week and started to watch it but haven't finished it yet. Earlier this year when I was with Netflix I had managed to watch all of the 007 movies - sans Never Say Never Again which I own on Bluray but haven't finished all the way through yet (though its not "officially" james bond but I will finish it). I had also bought Goldfinger on dvd but haven't watched it straight through lately (but i had previously watched it straight through).
I can't think of any other big movie that I have on dvd or bluray that I haven't watched all the way through at least once of. I have a slew of vhs tapes that I bought dirt cheap at a sale earlier this fall. I'm going to be converting those to dvd later this month some time. Those are some movies I haven't seen yet in any format (tv or dvd). I also have a Humphrey Bogart collection I bought on vhs new in the wrapper for .50 that I haven't started yet either.
Lots of stuff to watch![]()

Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?

I have watched most of the extras and the first Godfather from the Coppola signature boxset, but I still have Godfather II and III to watch. I have watched the work print and final cuts of Blade Runner, but still have the other versions to watch. I have also watched most of the extras as well. I also still have to watch Moon, Funny People and L.A. Confidential.
The boxsets were gifts, the others were ex-rentals that I picked up for $5 each at the local video store.
I also have quite a backlog of DVDs to work through - mostly older films or obscure foreign and/or horror movies.Read my blog here.

I have forgotten the extras guns1inger! Ha. I have no idea how many dvds I haven't watched extras on. Nor commentaries for that matter.
The main movies like Lord of the Rings and Star Wars I've gone through most of the bonuses. And yes that includes the four disc set for each Lord of the Rings on the first release of the special editions (I don't have intentions on buying the bluray nor the bluray se's when they come out - too much money - though I did check out return of the king on bluray and it looked it fantastic - the regular edition that is on bluray now - but my se dvds will suffice for a long time).
I have done commentary on a lot of my movies. Just not all of them. Some aren't worth it and some that I would like commentary on don't have them - I'm looking at you Indiana Jones trilogy!Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw? -

Funny, my favorite movie ever was RoboCop - must have watched this one hundreds of times (it's a cult thing). RoboCop 2? Halfway once. RoboCop 3? Never, even though I have it. Not sure why.
I find I edit and encode some stuff that still hasn't been watched. Strange hobby isn't it?
I think it's the 80/20 Pareto Principle rule in effect: 20% of anything seems to be 80% of the importance.I hate VHS. I always did. -
Well I finally finished the living daylights last night. Not a bad bond movie. I had previously watched and finished license to kill which I had bought used on dvd (daylights was a vhs to dvd capture I completed the other month).
I am now down to just finishing never say never again and i'll have seen all of the bond movies sans that weird 60's casino royale that wasn't really a bond movie. Come think of it technically never say never again isn't a "true" bond movie either so I really have seen all of them now. But I will still finish nsna since I do own it on bluray
@puzzler - funny you should mention robocop. A few years ago I bought the vhs trilogy set at a garage sale and only watched the first movie. I finally got around to transferring all three to dvd just the other month. Perhaps I'll get around to watching (and hopefully finishing) 2 and 3.Donatello - The Shredder? I've got a used copy of National Treasure. Although I've seen bits of it on the SyFy channel,
I've yet to crack the DVD itself - I hope it's worth it! -
Yup, we have Titanic on VHS in shrink rap. Bought it for my wife when the kids were little .... reeeeal little. Finally watched it in HD on TNT one night a year or so ago. Kinda of girlish/love story type of thing for me but the action and pace made up for it. Not too bad.
Have a good one,

Bluray
2012 - saw it at the show and we have the DVD but BD disc still in the wrapper
Ironman2 (DVD and BD combo pack) - Never saw it. The wife watched the DVD without me but the BD is pristine probably the first one I'll watch
Planet of the Apes - remake $10 DVD and BD combo still in wrapper
All the Star Trek TOS and TNG - I own most of them on either DVD or VHS and have seen them on TV and at the Show but have yet to watch my BD set.
StarGate the Original Movie - It played on tv just before I bought the disc paid $8 for the BD and it's still wrapped.
Mars The Quest For Life - A short Discovery documentary $5 at Walmart
National Treasure II - I own both I and II on DVD and BD. I've watched both on DVD and the first on BD but not #II on BD yet.
DVD:
Too many to mention because I bought a bunch at Walmart at $5 each over a period of a few months. I also picked up some 4 pack sets averaging $5 to $8 a pack and some old tv shows. Most of those I haven't even opened.
Movie Examples: 3 Bond DVD with Pierce Brosnan, I Robot (Wil Smith), Commando and True Lies (Swartznegger), Die Hard (Bruce Willis), 4 pack Batman, 4 pack Superman, 4 pack Disaster films, 4 pack collectors Scifi, etc...
Why so slow to watch them?
1) I was waiting until I got a real hdtv instead of just watching on my 24" 1080p monitor. Now I have my very own "home office" 46" hdtv all to myself.
2) When we got the 3 HDTVs we also bought a couple of HD cable boxes and added HD programming to our bundles so there is a lot to watch.
3) It's hockey season. There's a game or 2 almost every night. There's not much to do but then I can't do much anyway. -

For HD, sports is what it's all about. Yah, there are a few movies here and there that it's useful for, but all in all, it's all about sports.
Watching my first hockey game on my 60" Sharp was awe inspiring. Then follow it up with football and soccer. Heck even baseball and basketball get a boost from it. Widescreen and the extra resolution let's you see, and in better detail, more of the whole rink/field/court ... whatever.
I go from my 60" to my inlaws 25" SD console for the Pats/Lions game.Have a good one,
neomaine
