I've seen this happen before with FLV files that MediaInfo describes as having "variable framerate"
I think AVStoDVD uses FFaudiosource and FFvideosource and it results in a sync error.

However, If you install FLV splitter, AVStoDVD must use directshow and the result this time is good.

You haven't given any info about your source file. What file type is it?
Post the AVStoDVD log and also open your file with MediaInfo put in it to view/text and post the info here.

Don't ya tell me stupid if i am trying to convert flv or swf or any other low quality video source into DVD using any DVD authoring tool or AVStoDVD particularly when there are plenty of good or very good or extremely high quality video sources are free available?

Lots of people believe that making DVD also enhance audio and video quality. But, it's wrong.
DVD quality is almost same as source or 90% of the quality than source after multiple conversions.
At each and every single conversion, video is degraded. So, in case of low quality video source, it's matter of wasting time and increasing size plus degrading further more than source as well. Source Video should be => 2000+ kbps, to result in reasonably good quality watchable DVD.

Requesting author not to respond without any fail log information.

Bonie81, what is your point? Many users convert FLV music videos downloaded from Youtube, or similar, into DVD.
Quality not great, but not unexpected based on the sources, and it should still convert without issue.

i never had a chance or time to play with flv container. but i do not think flvs downloaded from various video sharing website bears higher bitrate than 600kpbs (360x240) making dvd of such flvs which will result in artifacts/pixlates everywhere and viewer will left to imagine what exactly going on behind the screen. When I watch DVD/BD I simply do not guess but only enjoy them in full

Provide the youtube link to the file in question,
either that, or upload the mp4 file to mediafire.com (file hosting site) so we can look at it.

AVStoDVD generates quality output (DVD), if it is provided with quality input.
i am not pretty sure how AVStoDVD handles mp4 format with AAC audio ---> DVD compliant AC3???

    1) Use nice downloader can able to download HD videos (720p or 1080p with file size greater than 60mb)
    2) Convert mp4+AAC either to AVI+mp3 (2ch) or AVI+ac3 (2ch) using nice video converter like WinAVI.
    3) Use AVStoDVD.

    INTERNET VIDEO DOWN-LOADER

You can try any from HERE, and stick to the one that gives you best quality.

    MP4 TO AVI CONVERTER

Once you already downloaded HD video...
for those who has difficulties with AVIDemux can use this FreeMP4-2-AVIConverter.

MP4 TO MAKE DVD FOR STANDALONE DVD PLAYER
    =====================================

You may wish to use this tool.

    1) Download 1920x1080 or 1280x720 HD videos.
    2) Convert all videos to XViD (AVI), load YouTube profile.
    3) Make DVD by using DVDFlick, AVI2Iso or ConvertX2DVD.

    Profile Settings:
    Video Encoder : XViD
Frame Rate : 29.97 -OR- AUTO [BETTER]
Video Sise : 640x360 <--- to maintain aspect ratio 16:9, rest will be taken care by AVStoDVD.
BitRate : 2000 or whatever you like
Additional Command Line Parameter : -bf 3 -aspect 16:9

Audio Encoder : Lame 3.98 <--- i guess, mp3 will be converted into ac3 using QuEnc in AVStoDVD, not pretty sure.
    Audio Channel : 2
    Audio Sampling Freq : 48000
    Audio Bitrate : 320
