hi all ! i am a not a solid programmer in multimedia GUI development , right now i want to develop some application related to video converter ,dvd converter , and it is cross -platform .the problem is that i do not know how to choose a proper development framework and tools. i want to do the work on windows . the following list is my candidate ,need some practical advice.
GUI Framework: Wxwidgets or QT
IDE :Netbeans or Eclipse
compile :GCC
video/aduio library :FFMEPG.
any suggestion is appreciated ,thanks in advance
