I used Anydvd to rip a video to my hard drive and is 42GB. I would like to use Image Burn to burn onto two 25GB discs. These are very cheep now, and the 50GB disc are still big dollars. Is there any freeware to use to split this BDMV file?

Try tsmuxer. Or shrink the blu-ray with bd rebuilder.
