cutting and muxing with bbmpeg HELP for the love of God

I'm trying to cut a svcd I demuxed with Tmpgenc using bbmpeg however when I start the multiplex after following step by step the instructions in the vcdhelp.com tutorial it stops at 99%

the messages I get are:

Audio: none

am missing something stupidly simple?

i get this error for no reason from time to time. got projects still on the hdd waiting for beyeler to release a new build with a possible fix. go bug him to fix it on the delphiforums.com bbmpeg forum
