I'd like to know what bitrate audio is better, high or medium quality video, sample rate, channels and so on.
    Best regards.

Depends on what software you are using and what you want to play it back with. I use AnyDVD to rip the BD to my hard drive, then process with RipBot to a 8.5GB MKV with 640kbps 5.1 AC3 audio. I choose that size so I can back up the MKV to DL DVD disc. To obtain a set size, I use two pass encoding, setting the output size to 7900MB. The audio defaults to 640kbps 5.1 and the video to 4.0 profile. I don't change any of the other defaults. The quality is quite good, even on a large screen.

The downside is this can take quite a bit of time. With my six core 3.5Ghz CPU, about 5 hours. With a slower dual core, it could take twelve or so hours.

If you aren't concerned about the size, use the default CQ 22 settings as the conversion will be quite a bit quicker.

Other ways to do this also.

    And welcome to our forums.

    Frame 30 fps

    Audio:

Bitrate medium quality doesn't say much....does it look okey? Then it's okey.

And you can use FREE rippers and converter like dvdfab hd decrypter and convert with ripbot264.

One question, ripbot264 is compatible with nVidia Cuda for increase speed encoding?
