  1. Hi all.

I have been searching for a while trying to find out how to rip a tv series disc so that all the episodes are seperate files. It does not matter if the episodes are vob or any other format for that matter, aslong as it will play.

I've been reading about decrypting in ifo mode with dvd decrypter, but it takes because you can only rip one episode at a time. Is their any other program that is easy to use, that will rip all episodes separatley from the disc? I do not need to convert the files, speed of rip is an issue.

    Thanks very much.

Rip the entire disc to your hard drive with DVDFabDecrypter...then try VOB2MPEG to see if it can pick out the individual episodes.....or
Rip the entire disc to your hard drive with DVDFabDecrypter then re-author new small DVDs of each episode with DVDShrink....then use VOB2MPEG.

You can also do this with VideoRedo. Software is not free, but it is great software. I have used it for over 5 years now.

AFTER he gets rid of the copy protection.

Yes, agreed. I guess I was sort of vague with my posting. Once the entire VIDEO_TS structure is ripped to disk (getting rid of copy protection), then he can open the DVD folder with VideoRedo and extract the separate episodes as individual mpg files.
