Yep I don't want 3dtvs - too hokey - give me full imersion with 3 screen tv action!

That would be perfect for video games. All the information is being processed in the game anyway - why not show it???

I think that would be absolutely killer in a first person shooter like HALO or MODERN WARFARE. Just imagine the extra kills and less deaths you'd suffer if you could literally see the guy coming around the side right at you? Forget radar - actually seeing the stuff coming at you would be absolutely fantastic.

If you've ever seen those real life flight simulators for NASA missions and things like that is what I'm envisioning for home systems.

I"m not sure how you could incorporate that into movies. I guess instead of a 3d camera you'd have a three lens'd camera showing the other sides???? I guess its usefullness might be limited to games where you want to see more of the world at once.

What about you? Would this be a good idea for a game like HALO or MODERN WARFARE?
Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?

    Please....

When i see a real holodeck then i will be impressed!!

Imagine that, playing Halo or watching a movie and being visually surrounded 360 degrees by fully 3D characters in the middle of the action!!!
    Without wearing some hokey glasses....

    Now that would be killer!!!
