Hi I used convertxtodvd to add 7 short avi clips to make a DVD. but when I play the DVD on my home DVD player it only plays the 1st avi clip I added. I did put down no menu, but surely if I have set create chapters every 05:00 MS it should then play the clips in order after 1st onto the 7th one. can anyone tell me where I am going wrong. as when it gets to end of 1st clip I added, it then starts 1st one all over again instead of moving onto the 2nd one, 3rd, 4th so on. I cant see anywhere on my DVD settings where its on repeat.

If you just add the clips on the main screen you get 7 titles. You have to go into preferences to tell ConvertXtoDVD to play the titles one after the other.

Your other option is to add the first, then right-click on it to add the rest. The clips will then become chapters in a single title instead.

  3. Yeah you'll have to click through the chapters to reach the next title. Like guns1inger says, I think there's an option in the preferences to play one after another...

hi thanks for this info I had play one after another unticked so hopefully now it should play 1 after another, also doing a test on what you said above

Hi all again I am having problems with this convertxtodvd as when I have tried to add say just 2 avi clips it freezes and says not responding. my version is 4.0.10.324 it says an update is available near my clock on xp which states its v4.0.12.327 yet when i go to the web site it says V4.1.2.336 so none of this makes sense
