Comman line conversion

i am new here so hello every one and thank you in advance

what i am looking for is command prompt tool/software that will convert flv to mov also must be able to convert in batch and must take parameters (meaning being able to run it and pass parameters (FileName_From, FileName_To, Quality, Format, etc...)

ffmpeg or mencoder , there are no retail choices for CLI (retail usually means easy to use GUI , perhaps with watch folders, but usually not CLI)

What is your objection to ffmpeg? It does what you asked for.

i will be using this in corporate environment ( and this will be running on server 2003/2008) is not for personal use just want to make sure is ok to use it (is open source but i am sure there a limitation like to use for personal use)
