Ok.... I burned a VCD ( The Matrix ) using nero 5.5, encoded with TMPGenc and the quality of the video is not that great. In fact it is not even VHS quality, but it looks great on my CPU. My question is, what can I do to get a better quality video? Are there any settings maybe I could change while encoding? Any help would be appreciated.
