have audio from a pal source in ac3 format that i removed from mkv via mkvextractgui (tsumuxer for some reason wouldnt recognize it).

but nothing ive tried to go from 25 to 23.976 has worked

eac3to - detects clipping, then the created file is all garbled like a slowed down tape

besweet (through gui) - creates a file that at least is intelligible, but there is popping and clipping at many parts

behappy - creates a file, but when i play that file it is completely silent
