Well, this is the most novice question asked here

I am getting verizon fios tv along with HD dvr and digital adapter which will feed my lcd tv and an old crt tv.
I also want to hook up tv to one of my lcd monitor (computer). What do I need for this - some tv tuner card
and some decoder from verizon ?

I don't know much about current tv standards so it might look like a noob questions to knowledgeable folks here.
