    I'm trying to join three MP4 files but all programs are failing me. MP4box is creating one file with three separate video streams... which isn't my goal. Avidemux, like the usual run-over piece of shit it is, outputs a corrupted bitstream.

    I've tried converting the 3 parts to raw .h264 and joining with MKVmerge but it did the same thing as MP4box. I also tried converting them to H264 AVIs and joining with Vdub which worked, but I can't mux HE-AAC audio in AVI, and converting it back to .h264 > .MP4 was problematic and resulted in a corrupted bitstream again.

    Hi
    Use mkvmerge.
    add the first file
    then
    append the other two files.
