how long does it take for smart ripper to unlock the dvd rom. i played the movie using compaq dvd (that came with the computer) and downloaded a trial version of power dvd and played the movie with that. after playing the movie for a few minutes i open with smart ripper. the longest i've waited for it to unlock is an half an hour. the clock on the computer freezes during this unlock period. what am i doing wrong? i'm using smart ripper 234.
