sync problems with flv to avi

First, I wanna say thanks in advance to anyone who can help, I appreciate it!

I have a Destino phone, Chinese brand phone. I got it from Chinavasion.com.

I converted my FLV files from youtube to the supported AVI format using Format Factory.

The video works great and plays crisp and clear.

The audio keeps getting out of sync.

According to BS Player, the frame rate of my flv file is 25 fps. I set Format Factory to convert my flv at 25 fps. The audio is still out of sync.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Try WinFF GUI (Option Menu ---> Additiona Option, and set desired parameters according to your phone) or SGI Video Converter.

Thanks for the two links but my problem is I don't know what specifics my phone needs for the codecs

I just realized something though

The sound is perfectly in sync on my computer.

It's only out of sync on my phone.

I tried changing the sound to mono and 22, 050 sound and it still plays out of sync

The phone also plays mp4, 3gp and rm video. I don't like rm video and mp4 files are too big.

Are there any good quality 3gp settings I can use instead?

if you are playing avi file on your phone and if you know audio outsync time in ms,
use AVIdemux to convert FLV -> AVI or FLV -> mp4 and adjust shift parameter in ms.

This will work even though it's not out of sync on the computer?

I don't suppose there's a way to do it in bulk, considering I have over 200 videos that I would like to add to my card?

Best suggestion, change your phone to the branded one.
