Error! Mux mkvmerge

I need help

I'm trying mux 2 mkv in mkvmerge but can not
the message receive is this "Error: The track number 0 from the file xxxxxxxxxxx cannot be appended to the track number 0 from the file 'xxxxx.mkv'. The formats do not match.

I researched about it and found this happens when the resolution of the videos are different but not is this.
the resolution the 2 videos is 720p and was generated from same script

Please can someone help me solve this problem

Assuming the video is H.264 encoded:
1. extract the raw streams and feed mkvmerge the raw streams
2. If it's x264 encoded video: the future use the '--stichable' setting in x264 if you want to append files at a later point in time

afaik MeGui allows the user to set custom command line additions, so if I remembered correctly, simply add '--stitchable' there when you create your files next time.

Nowhere, that is the avisynth script you use, it has nothing to do with the x264 encoding settings I'm speaking of.
