Hi, I am trying to project my PC output to my TV (which has only S-Video and Composite) so I went to get myself a KWorld UD165 which is a PCTOTV Device.
I connected from its DVI-I port to a DVI-to-VGA converter which then is connected to a VGA-to-Composite cable and then connected to my TV.
I got only static as an output... Which I thought should'nt be the case as DVI-I is both analog and digital... Please advise!
Thanks!

There is no such thing as a VGA-to-composite cable. It takes an active device to convert VGA to composite video. The cable you have is for specific devices that output composite video on an otherwise unused pin of the VGA port. The PcToTV device you have doesn't do that.

Rats! Should have known that... Let's see if the shop is willing to do a refund or an exchange...
