Hi,
I don't know how about capture MPEG...but...I just got a PV256C capture and want to convert a lot of VHS tapes...
Wanna know what I should set the setting like CBR/VBR..and bitrate...and...other stuffs :P
Please help meI may need to convert those MPEG2 files to VCD format too!!! I know I need to use TMPEGEnc...but...dunno what setting I should set ...
