Ok I have been using sefy vcd templetes for awile
they work great
great quality and everything
i can fit a movie up to 90min on one cd with great quality
now what my question is is that sometimes when a movie is like 120mins
and i have to put them on 2cds anyway
ill have like 60mins on one cd and 60mins on another
how can i max out the quality when i just have 60mins of video on a cd??
I used the bitrate calculator and raised the bitrate using constant
but i did not see any difference in quality
could someone help me with the settings so that I can max quality on a 50-60min movie
basically i guess i making a xvcd
please help

If you are happy with the quality of a 90 min movie using Sefy's templates, then why change the setting for 2- 60 min cd's?

b/c wee im happy with the quality but i just wanted to know if i could better the quality by raising the bitrate or any other settings when i have to put it on 2 cds anyway

Well, you could just increase the Bitrate in the Template, and that will improve the quality, or I would suggest you use a optimized SVCD Template instead, might give you a higher boost in quality, after all, my SxVCD or SeVCD are based on VCD settings only.
