I'd like to be able to mark cue points while listening to a long live audio performance mp3.

and later extract those individual marked start & end cue points to individual files at once when I'm done listening/marking the audio.

I have goldwave but the way you mark cuepoints is VERY awkward + it decodes it (slow) before you can even begin.

I tried another software and it didn't let me mark more then one region at a time.

Any suggestions for something fast and focused?? thanks

Will Exact Audio Copy allow that? May be worth looking into. I've made a cue sheet with it to rip a mix cd, but didn't have to set the track marks (already set). I burned the file with NERO.
