Question how to eliminate warning message when rt click open mp3

When I right click and choose any audio player to play this particular mp3, I get this warning message. (see screenshot)
If I click "Open", then I can play the music. My question is: what can I do to eliminate this warning message (other than copy with real time recorder). Most mp3 do not have this warning message, so I don't want to uncheck "Always ask before opening this file". There must be some parameter in the particular mp3 that causes this warning, since most other mp3s do not display this warning message.

What OS are you running? Vista and W7 have UAC, which can throw up those warnings very often. You can use TweakUAC to change the way those OSs handle files. I use 'Quiet mode' with TweakUAC. If you always go ahead and open them anyway, UAC isn't of much use anyway, just an irritation.

I'm using xp. As I said, I don't want to change anything in the operation system because the vast majority of mp3s don't show this warning. There must be some parameter embedded in this particular mp3 that causes this warning. For now, I'll just copy the file with Total Recorder, but I would like to know the real reason this particular mp3 shows this warning message.

EDIT: I managed to get rid of the warning message, but I am not 100% sure how I did it. The original mp3 was on the desktop. I tried temporarily changing the file name and the extension (to mp4). I also moved the file into My Documents (mp3 opened fine in My Documents) and then back to the desktop. One of these things solved the problem because now the mp3 plays without the warning message. I can't remember where I originally got the mp3, so I can't track down more closely what actually solved the problem.

It helps to list your computer details as otherwise we have no idea what OS you are using.

It is not the MP3, it is whatever program you are using to open them. My guess is that it is not something that installs using an installer, but is something you unzipped. You probably got rid of the message by unticking the box marked "Always ask before opening this file"
