    It keeps saying I don't have Haali installed even though I do have the latest. ini file has nothing I can change

    Yes, you can edit the RipBot264.ini in notepad, then save with the same extension. Try adding ' CheckRequiredSoftware=0 ' That used to be in the old .ini, but I don't see it anymore, so it may not work.

    What I have done is to uninstall all the required RipBot components, reboot, then install them again, then install Ripbot and see if that works.

    That did not work. ripbot still told me i could not use the newest haali.

    I thought that might be the case as the line has been removed with newer versions. I would go with the program versions that RipBot wants. If the author updates the program, then maybe newer versions of programs may work. Or maybe the newer versions of the programs don't work without extensive rewriting of the RipBot program.

    RipBot uses quite a few different programs, so it's not so simple to keep them all working correctly with each other. I assume that's why just certain program versions are required.
