It keeps saying I don't have Haali installed even though I do have the latest. ini file has nothing I can change

Yes, you can edit the RipBot264.ini in notepad, then save with the same extension. Try adding ' CheckRequiredSoftware=0 ' That used to be in the old .ini, but I don't see it anymore, so it may not work.
What I have done is to uninstall all the required RipBot components, reboot, then install them again, then install Ripbot and see if that works. -
I thought that might be the case as the line has been removed with newer versions. I would go with the program versions that RipBot wants. If the author updates the program, then maybe newer versions of programs may work. Or maybe the newer versions of the programs don't work without extensive rewriting of the RipBot program.

I installed the version required and it's picked up now. Seems like an unnecessary check
