    is anyone having trouble with sherlock holmes??? i tried it with colne w/ anydvd running and get an io error message. and i tried fab (fab is up to date)....don't know what to do....

    i just got it...haven't tried it yet.
    but with fab it won't burn and the size of the file is 6.75gs after it does what it does. and i don't get it.
    i will try it with anydvd..new one...

    How about giving us even LESS information to go on? Can you possibly do that? Doubt it.

    Either use DVD Shrink to get it to fit a a 4.7gb disc, or burn to a double layer disc. Burn with Imgburn.

    Just wait. If it isn't already cracked, it will be soon.

    There really is no reason to be in such a rush to "backup". When you (people in general) come to these boards looking to backup the latest release on its release week, you just end up looking like a pirate trying to copy a rental. Have a little patience.

    Also, people here can help you if you are a little clearer. Put as much information in your post as you can, and please (please, please, please) write complete sentences and proper punctuation. And before anyone says it, yes, this is a school. You're trying to learn something, right?

    Sorry,. tried the new anydvd and it won't work. It got to like 78% and did the i/o error thing. And i do have patience, it's that i get mine from the lib. and like to get them back , and out of my way. And i will try it with shrink.....Thanks to all that help on this....
