Hello, I'm trying to create a DVD with "Sony DVD Architect Pro 5.0" I have everything working, except for 1 thing:
I want to start the DVD with a brief image, about 5 seconds long, and have the audio intended to play on the menu(s) to being when the picture displays. That is working fine. My problem, however, is when the 5seconds of the picture that is being displayed is over, the audio abruptly stops. How can I have the audio continue to play, despite the page? If I have audio on page 1, and switch to page 2 before it is over, it also abruptly stops.
I would like the introduction audio to play continuously despite whichever page is currently selected.
Thanks in advance,

You can't. The DVD specification does not allow for continuous audio across menu pages.
What you can do is create a motion menu that spans the intro and the menu, and fade the menu choices in. I don't know if DVD Architect supports menu cells, but this would allow you to segment the clip into sections that can be treated differently, so the intro would just play once, seamlessly into the menu, which could then loop. But this is your only option.Read my blog here.
