    Can someone tell me how to rip the Audio off a SVCD MPEG File ? .. what software would you recommend ?

    Demux with TMPGenc (mpeg tools).

    'dB Power Amp' converts MP2 to WAV.

    Edit the WAV with your favorite wav editor.

    To mux it back in:
    Encode the audio only with TMPGenc.

    Mux with video using TMPGenc (mpeg tools)

    Can o' corn!
