I have a Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT card. I am trying to hook my computer up to my TV but my TV is rather old so it does not have an S-Video input. I bought a cable that goes from S-video to RCA and connected it to my computer and TV. I then tried to set up a dual monitor system in the Nvidia control panel but it is the first time I have done that so I might have messed up.
Well it seems to me like I did everything right, but I am having problems getting my computer image to stay on the TV. Any time my computer is "thinking", my screen pops up on my TV and it seems to be working but as soon as my computer is done thinking, the TV goes blank again. Any time I mess with resolutions on my computer, the TV flickers and shows my computer image on and off but it always ends up being blank.
Does anyone know of anything I can do to fix this issue?
