i know you can use txmuxer to demux and then remux the files but when i do that i cant load the remuxed file into any video editing software. i dont want to reencode the video but i have to because there is no way of removing the audio commentaries without remuxing? is that right>? maybe im a little lost here,
is there a way of just having the movie only in one file without reencoding the file?
i have different encoded streams of various h264 and not one video editing program ive tried will load them all. the new beta version of total videoredo can load most of them but if i remux any files it wont load them.

You have to remux to remove audio tracks, yes. I don't have a bluray drive, so I have not done any bluray ripping. I have worked with ripped files though, and have not had any issues with anything output by TSMuxer (I use TSMuxerGUI to work with the files). For DVD ripping it is common to rip only the tracks required in the first instance, rather than rip everyting and clean up afterwards. Can you not do this with blurays as well ?
Otherwise I suspect something else is wrong in your process or with your system if every file touched by TSmuxer is no longer able to be opened.Read my blog here.
