    I was looking up on cap cards and i obvioulsy dont want to play in sd so i had a look around if this would work and found mixed answers, anyway basically what i would need to do is buy a VGA converter that outputs 1x VGA & 1x RCA Composite from 1x VGA input.

    So i would have the 360 VGA cable going into the converter then VGA out to my monitor and RCA out to the dazzle, will this work?

    Maybe. Depends on the box spec.

    The HAVA units will capture 720p and record SD.
