    Hiya,

I've chosen VIDEO_TS folder as my preferred ripping method as it offers the most 'realistic' solution.

However, for films that are split on each side of the disc or on 2 discs, can I join them in such a way as to maintain the menus/chapters as if it was on one disc?

    Thanks

Wow thanks for the quick reply.

So to confim this program will allow me to join 2 or more VIDEO_TS folders and it will preserve the scene selection menus, chapters, timecodes etc as if it was ripped from a single disc movie?

Oh, and is it easy to use? As I don't actually want to change buttons, images etc is the process I want to achieve automated?

  4. If you had read the guide to this linked in the DVD-Remake link Baldrick posted you wouldn't be back here asking more questions:

The answer to all your questions is "yes" except it won't look as if it were made from a single disc movie. The only annoying thing is that it creates a new and very basic menu which has you choose which DVD you want (in your case, Part 1 or 2). At the end of Part 1 you get kicked back to the menu where you choose Part 2. To have it work any differently (no opening menu having you choose which part, automatic playback of Part 2), requires some serious knowledge, as in this post that really does what you're asking:
