Capturing MPEG II from Sky+ TiVo?

I was wondering if anyone has looked into SKY+ (TiVo)http://www.uk.tivo.com/home_flash.asp

Which can record shows from your digital satellite into mpeg II (it has a built in 40Gb hardrive).

I was really just wondering if I spent the £300 on one if I would have to take out the harddrive from the tivo and link it to my PC or is there another method.

Or is this not possible at all?
