  1. I was erasing CDRW in Vista and it was interrupted somehow, now CDRW is not working. How can I get it to work?

I'm not using any software at the moment, would Nero help in Erasing the Cd as its not reasable at the moment and drive keeps on spinning the CDRW and shows nothing.

Are you seriously contemplating buying Nero just to erase one CD-RW?

I have a dead CD-RW sitting right nere in front of me...in my garbage pile. Only used it once. Oh well.
RWs are notorious JUNK. Throw it away and forget about it. Even DVDDecrypter's erase disc function
didn't work on it....so away it goes to the garbage.

  5. After searching internet for almost 4 hours, I got a program called Super Blank, which is a freeware and it erased the said cDRW in mere 30secs.

So take out your CDRW as well and erase it through that software, if its suffering from the same flu.

It's customary to give a link when you find something useful. But I found it anyway.

Interesting -- seems to date back to 2001
Found archived copy of its original home
    here

However ... one of the few things I use Nero for is erasing CDRW and DVDRWs when they've had a bad burn and are screwed up so ImgBurn can't do anything to them. It's always worked for me (not that it's happened that often).
