    MMC 7.2 or 7.5 - tell me your favorite settings for capture & what setting would be best so the video would fit on one CD (700MB)
    1 hr of video & 2 hour of video

    I use MMC 7.2 to capture with. I have set if for an 8mbps MPEG1 cap (I Frame only) @ 704x576. I then convert this to either 352x288 for VCD or 480x576 for SVCD at 1.15 or 2.25 Mbps respectively. This gives quite good results.
