  1. This may be something simple, but I recently purchased Cineform NEOScene to convert the native files from my Canon 7D into the correct aspect ratio and so the files would be able to be edited without stalling in Adobe PRemiere CS4. When I had downloaded the trial version of NeoScene everything worked perfectly. When I purchased the actual version, everytime I convert a clip and move it into Premiere a solid green screen flashes throughout the clip. Could this may be something simple, like a setting in Premiere or NeoScene, or is this an issue other people are having with the full version of NeoScene. I would appreciate any help I could get.

  3. I updated the 1.50 version, but maybe I should try the one you pointed out. Thanks for pointing this out to me!

  4. I can't find a link to an older update, but I think that would be strange to go to an earlier update, but the latest update didn't fix the problem. Any other suggestions?

  5. You can file a support ticket with cineform ; unlike other companies, they respond usually within a day or so (or so I've heard)

  6. Yeah, I've actually sent them a message already; still haven't heard back. It's been about 2 days. Thanks for the reply.
