What are some good TV tuners that work well under Win7 64 bit, ideally with a hardware encoder and official Win7 drivers? I wished I didn't have to replace my Hauppauge PVR 150MCE but it doesn't work with over 3GB of RAM.

I installed an ATI TV Wonder card in my Win 7 X64 machine and Windows update informed me that not only were there no drivers, ATI had no intention of making any available. However, I have a bunch of USB tuner dongles and they all worked fine for analog cable and clear QAM. A first generation Technisat PCI ATSC card designed for Pentium III even worked fine. You really have lots of options to chose from.
