I just bought a new monitor for my gaming on the Xbox360. I Have it hooked up via VGA, but the red and yellow RCA wires are stranded. (My monitor does not have inputs and I use the optical jack for headphones).

Is their a setup I can use to capture my gameplay with this.

I was thinking that the VGA can hook into and input with 2 outputs (one into the monitor and one into a capture card, and the RCAS can be used to record the audio while the optical feeds my headphones).
