If DVDdecrypter says there are 10 or so VTS, each containing say 10 PGC's of about 1.5 hr length (each one varies by minutes), and we know which "title number" is the right one because PowerDVD4 tells us the "title number" when playing, and DVDdecrypter won't read the disk (read error) (DVDfab errors too) ...

Is there a way of determining which of the many PGCs in IFO mode in DVDdecrypter to select, in order to bypass the errors ? ie given a "title number" how to choose which VTS/PCS in DVDdecrypter ?

    did that. no go.

is it pgcedit or something which will tell the vts/PCG given the title as described above ? I'm assuming going directly to the right pgc in IFO mode in dvddecrypter will bypass problem.

Well, what movie is this you're trying to rip? It must be a very recent Sony or Disney release. The movie UP showed in DVDDecrypter to be ~58 GB in lengths. Obviously, this was due to deliberate mastering errors, which DVDDecrypter could not handle. The latest version of DVDFabDecrypter could properly rip that movie.

Just tell us the movie. Others here may have had success ripping it and could tell you how they succeeded.
