I'm having a weird problem with audio in Premiere CS4. A few days ago, I imported some clips rendered out of After Effects with the HuffYUV codec. I had also checked the Audio Output box for the clips. When I tried playing them in Premiere, they played fine, no sync issues.
Yesterday, I updated to the latest version of the K-Lite Codec Pack, and after restarting my computer, the audio was out of sync. More specifically, when I play from the beginning of the timeline, it will play fine, but if I jump ahead a few seconds, and play from there, the video will play correctly, but the audio will continue from the point I last stopped playing at. I have searched Google for an answer to this problem, but didn't find anything.
Any suggestions?

if you have a system restore point, you could use it
if the problems seem related to k-lite , you could try uninstalling k-lite or using an older build
when you re-import the clips into AE , and do a ram preview for a section do you get the same audio issues?
what kind of audio are you using?
