ntsc dvd sync problem in premiere

having some problems with an ntsc dvd in premiere, it wont playback when loading smaller clips ive cut in videredo in premiere, when trying to edit the video directly in premiere the sound is out of sybc and i have no idea why.

ive tried creating a new sequence to match the settings of the dvd/smaller clips and it is still having problems on playback. ive created a new sequence with desktop, the right frames and resolution , set the pixel aspect ratio to .9091, im setting maximum bit depth and max render quality, could that be the problem? not sure what to set the fields and display format to, ive tried combinations of a few nothing seems to play, not sure what im doing wrong here but it wont playback if loading the smaller clips and if trying to edit the dvd directly the sound is out of sync. i did use vob2mpg to convert the dvd to a single mpg, but obviously that shouldnt be a problem. the smaller clips ive cut with videredo play fine in mpc, dont know what to do.. any assistance would be appreciated....

meh, i gave up and went and hired the pal version, tis all working now
