Download Youtube / ASF etc. stream using IE8

Hello,

I am trying to download Youtube / ASF stream files but without success (Have XP & IE8).

I would need a freeware and simple application for this, saving the file into an AVI file.

I have searched using google / this forum but I couldn't find a solution.

Who can help with this?

Thanks: I succeded download Youtube movies, but at several movies sites - it cannot download.

Such as:

How can I help this movie from the above site?

Can I use the downloadhelper for this?

there are lots of online videos that can't be downloaded with anything. some require screen capture while playing.

Thanks: The idea to save the file is due to the low performance until the video can be downloaded and played smoothly.

Beside this add-on, which other tools (and free) can be used in order to rip and download ASF files?

In the past, I have used GetASFStream for download such streaming from this web site.
In PC with IE6 and XP, I could easily find the folder where the file is saved (content.ie5) howevre, in a PC with IE 8 and XP I cannot find this file.

Beside GetASFStream, which other application can download such streaming?
