    hi i am a newbie i think the dvdfab range is great it will burn things that even dvd shrink cant-however when i start it up put in the original disc the whole program seems to turn off whats going on? bizarre any assistance will be most appreciated jessiepal38

    Does it just happen with that dvd or all dvds?

    Another option would be to use/install anydvd and then shrink using dvd shrink.

    Are you still using DVDFab 5, as the subject says? I would recommend first that you install the current version of DVDFab (6.2.0.5 as of today) and try again.
