I have an avi file in 512 x 296, 25 fps, and I want to make it dvd ntsc compliant. So, I used TMPGenc to encode to audio only to 48000 hz, and encoded the video only to the dvd ntsc, so I came up with an mp2 and an m2v file. I then muxed those two together and what do you know, the audio is out of sync. Can anyone give me a clue as to how to fix this? Cuz I'm about ready to put my foot through my computer. Thanks.

One place I would start is not encoding a PAL source (25 fps) to NTSC (29.97 fps).
