Okay I need help normalizing the volume level of multiple wav's from various sources so that they all have the same volume level. Some of these wav files have low volume and some have loud volume. I want the volume level of all the files to have the same levels.
I know that wavegain should do what I need but I can't tell from the documentation what I should do?
So anyone have any suggestions for me on how to accomplish this? Thanks!

I like to use Adobe Audition, it has a one click Normalize feature and it works great, I'm sure there is more basic software that can do the same job but Audition has so many other great features - capturing noise print and targeting that specifically for noise reduction - love it. I use Adobe premiere for video editing and the way they work together is amazing.

Hey thanks for the help guys. Sorry for the delay in responding. I figured out how to use wavgain in conjunction with it's front end gui.
