So a user uploaded an anime show in HD over at Youtube. Downloaded it and it's in 3 parts (HD). I want to merge these 3 parts and make it into 1 solid part/file. Is this possible? If yes, how?
Or is a re-encode required?

Try join using andys flv joiner or avidemux(file->open and then append).
