Hello, Can't find any answers in Forum search so I should explain my problem in full - I download an .AVI file - say 55minutes, 700 m/bts file size. When I play the AVI actions seem smooth (panning, zoom in etc).
However when I convert to DVD using WinAVI Video convertor on highest setting the actions are jerky. Similar effects if I use Nero. The file size only stretches to 1.8 G/bts approx. Does file size of say 3g/bts mean less probs???
Can one ever hope for good results when converting .AVI to .DVD, or is it like converting .MP3 to .WAV - the mp3 quality governs your final wav quality????? Should I D/L in a different format to .AVI ?????
Can someone recommend a good convertor maybe???
Sorry for long winded question or 3. Thanks in advance, Wayne

Try instead dvd flick, avstodvd or convertxtodvd. And try also convert to same fps as the source, like 25fps to pal dvd and 23.976/29.97 to ntsc dvd.
