    if the sound file is only instrumental and the quality is 192 kbs

    I remember I have see a table of what is ok and what is not ok

    for example I think only voice recording is ok in 96 kps??

    sorry I forgot to tell it was MP3 I ask for

    but if that is some table about other like OGG it would be fun to have.

    Quality is in the eye, or in this case ear, of the beholder. I can hear distortion and compression at 192 kbps or under for music or audio tracks. For dialogue only I have podcasts that go down to 64 kbps. These are not artifact free, but they are acceptable for voice only work.

    Like video, there is no table of absolute right values for audio compression. Unlike video, audio compression is fast enough that you can easily test a handful of rates in a few minutes and decide for yourself what works best for you.
