I have 3/4 VOB's which make up one video file, i want to back them up to an ISO, when i drag them into DVDShrink they dont recognize, they are from one video file but don't make up a proper dvd file for some reason
I have VideoRedo which can combine the VOB's then create an ISO, but i reckon i lose quality as it muxes the files
Any suggestions on how i can get these VOB's joined into an ISO?
If not VideoRedo will do okay..
Thanks in advance...

An ISO is simply an "image" of the files -- an archive of the files, along with a physical description of how the bits are to be laid out. You can create an ISO out of any collection of files directly.
Muxing does not alter quality; it is merely the operation of combining separate audio and video (and perhaps subtitles) into a single stream. There is no conversion of the individual streams, hence no quality loss.
Now, if your goal is to create an ISO which, once burned, would produce a playable DVD, that requires that you create a DVD-compliant file structure first (if you don't know what that is, read "What is DVD" in the upper left corner of this page). That step is known as "authoring" and there are numerous tools to accomplish it. A favorite around here is GUIforDVDAuthor, but use whatever you have available/understand/are comfortable with, etc.
Once you're done authoring, you can produce an ISO of the result with a tool such as ImgBurn.
